Mr Ladak hails from a family of businessmen. A seasoned real estate professional, he ventured into real estate in 1983 and since then has spearheaded the group’s growth with unrelenting passion, vision and a hands-on approach to customer delight.

Till now, Mr Ladak has constructed over 8 lakh sq.ft. of prime spaces including several prestigious 25 storey apartments in Mumbai.

A civil engineer, Ananth began his career in construction and has to his credit completed many real estate projects including factories, bungalows, apartments and resorts.

Joining the Red Stone Group as Director – Operations, Ananth is responsible for launching the Group in Bangalore and is now responsible for growing its presence in Bangalore and in entering the Hyderabad market.

Shakeel overseas the administrative duties of the group in Mumbai and is responsible for driving the Group's vision for the future.

Iqbal overseas the sales and growth functions of the organization assisting the group in all legal aspects of the business.

Together the management team has constructed over 14 million square feet including several prestigious 25 storey apartments in Mumbai.
